When added to an embroidery design, Mylar can easily add a beautiful, glittery, iridescent sheen to your project while greatly enhancing the apparent depth of the design. It reflects and enhances light from different angles to create wonderful shimmering metallic effects, while eliminating much of the stress from relying solely on more problematic, costly metallic threads. The colour of the Mylar will be influenced by the colour of the fill thread used.
